The video above will give you a complete walk through of this motor home inside and out. We have been doing the videos now for quite some time and through all the positive feedback we get, have no intention on stopping. With large investments primarily transacting over the internet and phone calls we feel that pictures just don’t cut it anymore with the technology available to us. Item Located in Mesa Arizona. Buyer must arrange for OWN pickup or
shipping. All units sold are Bank Repo’s, Dealer trades or Purchases. -
We welcome inspection prior to the auctions closing. Call to make an
appointment. - Seller accepts Verified Cashier Checks or Wiring of Funds.

Out of state buyers will pay their home state sales tax plus our
Maricopa County tax .7%. Please check with your state to see if they
reciprocate with the state of Arizona -
Out of country buyers of motor homes do not pay sales tax with state
line delivery fee of $300.00 -
Out of country buyers of 5th wheels and travel trailers pay state line
delivery fee of $300.00 - Arizona buyers pay 7.3% sales tax

If you are from a state that does not reciprocate with Arizona you will
then pay your state sales tax when you transfer title with your DMV in your
home state. -
A 90 day drive away permit, fed-ex and postage, title transfer and
airport pickup is included in the $199 DOC fee. - You will need to prove Proof of insurance at time of delivery.

Propane tanks will have a minimum of 5 gallons of LPG and fuel tanks
will be 1/4 – 1/2 tank at the time of delivery. We will provide full tanks
at your request and expense. -
Winning bidder will be contacted via email after close of the auction.
Winning bidder must confirm intention to purchase the unit via phone or
email within 24 hours or the seller reserves the right to relist or sell to
the next qualified buyer. -
Seller reserves the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction at
any time for any reason and will not be held liable for any such
cancellation or closure. -
10% Deposit is required within 72 hours of close of auction. Balance is
due within 7 days. Arrangements can be made to pick unit up on the weekend
but must be paid for in full by Friday before the bank closes. If you are
not satisfied with the unit upon arrival your deposit or purchase price
will be refunded. -
Unit is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” There is no warranty, guarantee
expressed or implied once sale is completed. -
I would like to note that we do our best to verify all specifications,
options and conditions but they may vary from actual. It is the bidders
and/or buyers responsibility to verify all. -
