Now about this item…

This item was a trade in for a newer bigger RV with a slide. The owners of this RV bought it approx a yr ago, and enjoyed the RV enough to buy a bigger newer one. The RV has been in the South East all its like according to the people that traded it in.

GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed, since GENERALLY it is a REPO unit. So, please do not expect new or perfect or barely used, please expect a decent 20 year old motorhome.

This outside of the coach is probably in above avg.condition when compared to other 20 yr old RVs.

Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)

This RV was just driven approx 400 miles with no trouble.

This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver’s license is required to drive this coach.

There is a roof AC unit that works.

The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air. The AC comp does cycle on and off like it should

The Engine is a GM Chevrolet 454 7.4 liter. The motor runs like a 20yr old engine should.

The 4 speed automatic shifts up and down like it should

An Onan generator runs and makes power like it should. I let it run atleast an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner.

There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.

This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new.

If you are expecting a decent to nice 20 year old coach that is USED this is it.

I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.

There are no known roof leaks at this time.

Over the past 20 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks.

This coach can sleep a total of 6

There is room for two in the rear bed.

The sofa converts to a bed for 2.

We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order:

We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels.

We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.

The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. The front tires were made in 2010. The rear tires are miss matched, some are more than 7 yrs old. There is no side wall cracking noted.

The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.

This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory.

Also, the ‘curtains’ or blinds are usually ‘tattered’ and worn on these older units.

I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home.

I now feel that I have described this coach ‘bad’. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is..

The headliner is droopy in a couple of areas.

At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system.

I do clean all on my units, however i do not clean them as well as a new owner would. All the units I list: the buyer should expect some minor inperfections and plan on doing some cleaning to bring the unit to your own standards

Shipping & Delivery:

All shipping charges are buyer’s responsibility. Vacation To Go RV’s will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Vacation To Go RV’s as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Vacation To Go RV’s.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Payment Types: Cash, wire transfer, or certiifed check title will be held for approx 7-8 Calender days
Fees: Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license fees. The customer will be responsible for registering the vehicle in their own state. Deposit I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction, even on holidays, since paypal is never closed. Once the deposit has been received I will be happy to schedule an appointment for the pickup of your new home. Deposits are GENERALLY 50% refundable IF and ONLY IF the partial refund request is made in person. Otherwise it is non refundable. The deposit is due PRIOR to viewing/pickup or within 24 hours, whichever comes first. If you fail to send the deposit prior to arrival I reserve the right to NOT sell the item to you. DUE TO THE IMMENSE AMOUNT OF INQUIRIES CONCERNING SPECS, HERE ARE A FEW THAT WE ARE AWARE OF:5.9 LITRE 190 HP CUMMINS TURBO DIESEL WITH ALLISON AT542 TRANSMISSION. 2 FRONT TIRES ARE BRAND NEW AND FOUR OTHERS CLOSE TO NEW, TWO A/C’S ON THE ROOF. The interior has very expensive polished travertine floors through out most of the coach. There are no evident water stains or leaks both now or in the past that we can see. WE COULD TELL YOU THAT IT IS PERFECT BUT UNLIKE OTHER DEALERS WE WANT YOU HAPPY SO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IT WONT BE PERFECT!!
