In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $50 and a fee of $263 post sale inspection and detail. Every buyer is charged these fees. All sales transactions must be completed within 3 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit for Cars and Trucks, 750.00 deposit for boats and 1,000.00 deposit for Motor Homes immediately upon winning the  "buy it now" auction . Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. Please be sure to have all your financing arranged prior to clicking " buy it now" as the deposit is non refundable.

Make sure if yo are financing that your financial institution accept the year and miles of the vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. If you are not sure about something please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. WOW!! Want Prevost quality but don’t want to spend a couple of million – well here you have it. High quality Country Coach Grandview 400 Intrigue Series have that quality build, quality material and Limited Edition Country Coach.
In 1998 they did not have a slide out model for the Intrigue Edition so she is really a late model 98 or early 99 model. In 99 the slide model retails for almost $90,000 …WOW!! The title says this is a 98. Look it up in NADA though and it says – No Slide, see 99 Slide pricing. Either way we are selling way under wholesale or about half – that’s right about half of retail pricing. Even better, this was a Texas unit to start with and then came to Florida in 2002. New and equipped the same as this unit they run about $700,000.00 so you know she is stuffed with high end quality.

This is the Grandview Limited Edition Country Coach, a 40 footer with the rare Dynamax Chassis. The Dynamax Chassis gives as close to a Prevost ride as you can get without spending a couple of million. Inside and out is of the highest quality materials from the flooring to the cabinets and appliances … you will find no expense spared. The seats and both sofas are covered in "ultra leather" and there is little or no wear on any of it. The carpet in front is elegant and nice and new – very high end and durable. Looks great. The tile looks to be porcelain with no visible cracks seen – extreme quality due to the Dynamax Chassis quality. The cabinetry is made of solid wood and is in excellent condition, combo washer/dryer is a Splendid 2000 and the best in the business. Heat/Air system is top of the line. Very pretty inside and out – not the common blue, green, or tan like all the others.

This unit is a spectacular rare color scheme, your fans will see you coming miles away and be ready to greet you with your red carpet … LOL. Full body paint looks great for the year, normal wear but looks great. This has the 8.3L Cummins 325 HP diesel that is known for its power and reliability. Has exhaust brake (aka jake brake), Freedom 2.0 Inverter, power – yes, power passenger recliner to enjoy those long trips, tiled galley and bath, beveled strip mirrors. Nice entertainment package, thermo windows, full awning package, everyone loves J-couches and here you have 2 of them … wow! The Cummins drive train is enclosed by the renowned Dynamax chassis, has siney Alcoa, solid aluminum wheels, raised body full body package, Corian counters, Corian covers, glass and brass fixtures – very rich looking. Porcelain toilet and tiled bath area, very clean engine with no signs of leaks or blow – well maintained, quality motor, has all books and records, large oversized kitchen galley, rich deep wood, 3/4 oversized passenger leather chair nearly double size so you can curl up in the front, CB, CD/Changer, tape player electronics, camera for backing up, the front passenger double sized chair also has power recliner for comfort. Has $1500 custom plexi front bug screen, very expensive, cost most to put on with hardware and needs bottom – easy to clip on, huge storage inside and out, slide out trays, great quality and that’s why these older units hold their value and looks so nice – QUALITY!

This is the 40 foo "Grandview" Intrigue, engine #45566339, man service and taken care of with normal alignment, oil change, rotate tires, another $1500 service in ’05, air brakes in ’08, another $2400 radiator service in ’05, has new dome satellite system in 3/15/06, etc. Lots of receipts that show this unit was well loved and cared for. The length of the kitchen is ENORMOUS as is the lenth of the counter space – WOW! Both J-couches have storage and make into a bed, sleeps 6 easy and up to 8 in a pinch. Has flat screen TV, rear TV, beveled glass throughout, beautiful window treatments, J-couchs look new and cost about $10,000. Carpet is new in front and rich looking, no smells, no water smell, no pet smell, no smoke smells … just clean! Wood upgrade double door fridge with icemaker, washer/dryer combo look barely used, huge walk in shower – nice and roomy for two <grin>. Has 2 TV’s, very deep spacious slide out.The miles were 33k in 2003, so it most likely was replace digital reader–very common to freeze up,so miles are not known,but looks well cared for and solid quality country coach. Slide nearly doubles the depth of the unit.
