MS Residents Must Pay The 5% State Sales Tax on all motorized vehicles (7% on anything else such as campers, travel trailers, etc.) and a $100 Title/Doc Fee. All Other U.S. Buyers Will Pay Their Own State Taxes Themselves In Their Home State. All other bidders pay only a $99 Documentation Fee in addition to the winning bid. This covers our costs for a notary, Fedex charges, and other paperwork. Lousiana, Canadian and other foreign buyers must pay a $149 Documentation Fee to cover the extra Fedex and other expenses associated with doing international (and Cajun) paperwork. This price includes a Mississippi temporary tag.

We’re happy to help ARRANGE shipping however ultimately it is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up or ship the vehicle. If you want to have your vehicle shipped we recommend DAS Auto Shippers. To save money be sure and specify "terminal to terminal" shipping. We’ll drop the vehicle off at their local terminal here at no charge to save you money. If you pick up the vehicle at a terminal nearby instead of having it delivered to your doorstep then you’ll save even more!

If you don’t want to make the long trip home then we have a local retired Army Sergeant Major that can drive most vehicles to you. He charges $1/mile for cars, $1.25/mile for light trucks and SUVs, and $1.50/mile for heavy-duty trucks and RVs. His charge is non-negotiable and must be paid separately.

If you prefer to fly in & drive home we’ll be glad to pick you up at Jackson Internation Airport ("JAN"), the local Greyhound station, or the Amtrak Depot. Our business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (CST). Please arrange your flight times accordingly. We are more than happy to provide free pickup during normal business hours. We no longer will deliver vehicles after-hours or on weekends. Occasionally things pop up like a blown fuse or a headlight going out and after hours a mechanic isn’t there to fix it.

We will store your vehicle up to 90 days free, however you must provide full coverage insurance. We will not be responsible for damage or theft while in storage here. Our insurance policy will not allow it.

If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please make sure that the contact information (email address and phone number) in your ebay profile is up to date. Buyers Inspection: Wilkins RV has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Wilkins RV welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier’s or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

Shipping & Delivery:

All shipping charges are buyer’s responsibility. Wilkins RV will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Wilkins RV as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Wilkins RV .

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Finalizing your Purchase:

Wilkins RV will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Lisa at Wilkins RV by e-mail or phone
1(800)724-2105 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, paypal, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
