Deposit
We require a $500 deposit for Cars and Trucks, 750.00 deposit for boats and 1,000.00 deposit for Motor Homes immediately upon winning the "buy it now" auction . Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. Please be sure to have all your financing arranged prior to clicking " buy it now" as the deposit is non refundable.

THIS IS A GREAT UNIT,
READY TO TRAVEL. UNFORTUNATELY HEALTH
ISSUES FOR US TO SELL OUR MOTORHOME. OUR
SITUATION IS YOUR GAIN.

The unit is a 2003 Fleetwood
Model Discovery 39-S Motor Home. It is 39
feet in length on a Freightliner Chassis.
The engine is a 330 HP
Caterpillar Diesel. This powerplant
delivers exceptional mileage when unit is operated conservatively (at 65 mph
cruising speed). The best fuel mileage
for a single tank of fuel was 14.1 mpg.
The average is 11.5- 12.0 mpg.

The Exterior is Aluminum overcoated
with rubber. Roof recently treated with Diecore Sealant by Good Samaritan RV
Repair, Breaux Bridge LA. It has a
diesel fueled ONAN QUIET DIESEL 7500 .
We are not the original owners and there have not been any accidents
that we are aware of in the past. There
was a SMALL water leak over the passenger side of the windshield which was
promptly repaired. There was no water
stain damage in that area. The unit has been
smoke free.

The leather upholstery is
in very very nice condition (9 out of 10).
The carpet shows some wear and we would rank it as 7 out of 10.

We have installed or
improved several thousand dollars worth of enhancements in our motor home:

(formerly Tiger RV) in Prairieville LA.

relocation to Breaux Bridge in November of 2010, Good Shepherd RV Repair of

The heated
reclining passenger seat’s automated footrest does not work. The seat
still heats and reclines. The Awning over the Entry door does not work. Unit recently detailed to include wash and wax
of exterior and leather treatment of front- mounted bra and the unit interior
was professionally cleaned. Unit is sold
“As Is Where Is”, with no other warranties expressed or implied being
conveyed with the sale of the unit.

Sales
tax, title and license fees vary according to your state of residence
and will be charged as specified by the state of Michigan. State of
Michigan customers are required to pay the sales tax, title and plate
fee at the time of delivery. If the RV us being pick up in the State of
Michigan you will have to pay your state sales tax at that time. You
are responsible for titling the vehicle and perfecting the lien, if
applicable, in any other state. There is a documentation of $190.00. A
$10.00 temporary plate/registration in transit fee is required if sales
tax is collected. A temporary registration can not be issued if sales
tax is not collected unless your state is not reciprocal with the State
of Michigan. Out of country customers must pay Michigan sales tax
unless the RV is delivered out of the state of Michigan.

Payment Info

When
the auction concludes a deposit of $1000 (non-refundable) must be paid
within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must
be paid in the form of a Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal Check
(pre-approval), Financing or COD is an accepted form of payment.
