For sale is our CLEAR TITLE 1993 Four Winds 29ft. Class C RV on a Ford chassis with a 7.5L V8. It has about 98,000 miles. We’ve owned it for about 3 years using it during the summer for trips to state parks. It’s in good condition for it’s age with several dents and dings but no major body damage and no collisions on it’s record. It has an awning that works with no tears. I haven’t measured it but would guess that it’s about 15 feet. It also has a bathroom with full tub. Double bed in the back bedroom, dinette and sofa that convert to beds and the cab over bed. 4 burner stove, microwave, 2 way fridge/freezer, lots of interior storage and basement storage. Flooring has been redone with wood laminate. The cab a/c and roof a/c work great as does the gas heat and water heater. The 7.5 V8 runs well and has a lot of power. We last used the RV during the summer at the state park. It was hot and we ran the a/c constantly with no problems. I’m not sure what the water capacity is. The only things that I can find that will need attention right now are a possible roof leak and the generator will need servicing. I have the RV parked in Marion and when I went to service it this month I noticed some interior ceiling damage as shown in the pictures of the cabover near the entry door. To repair, I taped the roof seam but can’t find anywhere else that it may be leaking. The generator worked this summer but again when I tried to start it this month it would turn over, but not start. I assume it is time to service it. With a boost it clicks really fast if that help with anyone’s question. The only delamination is near where the roof leak was on the exterior as you can also see in the pictures. The RV also needs a new battery. It will start with a boost. I’m also including a $200 cover and a bike rack along with the sewer hoses. The generator has 219 hours on it. For long distance buyers I can meet you at Myrtle Beach or Florence, SC airports. If you have any questions, or want a picture of something specific email me before 24 hours of auction end. I have described this RV as best as I can but remember this is a nearly 20 year old RV.

TERMS OF SALE OVERVIEW

The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.

Payment methods

Cash (in person), Certified check, Bank wire transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in U.S dollrs only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.

Deposit.

The successful high bidder must submit a $250 (non refundable)within 24 hours of close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of balance due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance (plus applicabe fees & taxes) with in 5 days of close of auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Fees and taxes

Applicable fees are; All buyers including dealer, wholesalers must pay $349 dealer documentation fee.


The dealer fee represents cost & profit to the dealer for item such as inspecting, detailing, and adjusting vehicles. No portion of the uniform charge is compensation for drafting, preparation or completion of legally binding documents required by or for state and/or any state department.



Florida residents will pay, for a new or transfer tag fee & local and state taxes.

Most of the time we have the titles on hand, but occasionally it can take 1 to 4 weeks to get the titles from the dealer auctions.

Automatic Transmission  Gears, input and output shafts, bearings, front pump, planetary assembly, sprags, governor assembly, valve body, torque converter, transmission case, overdrive carrier, reaction carrier, center support, parking lock actuator, stator and stator shaft, separator plate, pressure regulator valve, dipstick and filler tube.


Standard Transmission Internal transmission parts consisting of:  Gears, input and output shafts, bearings, overdrive housing and transmission case if malfunction was caused by the listed parts.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 payment is due within 24 hours of end of auction.  One other Item That seems to come up, is on the title box. When the title says CLEAR,This means no salvage history or bank liens. Everything we sell at Paradise is in OUR dealer stock and the title has been signed over to Paradise from What ever Bank  or owner we bought it from. We may not have the title in hand due to it having to clear the bank but we will have it as soon as the bank sends it to us,which is usually within 2 days after the sale.
For your comfort and piece of mind Paradise is a licensed and Bonded dealer in Both Oregon and in Arizona.
We are bound by state law that we have to provide clear title to the buyer within 30 days . If you are buying and plan on importing to Canada, please let us know.
The 72 hour required waiting period to cross the border is after payment and we have the title in hand .

    Lots to like:  Low mile Cummins diesel powered Ford F650 chassis that is just broke in with only 53,000 miles, lift, observation deck, quiet diesel Onan generator, big garage, if you leave door up and use ramp to hold in quads you should be able to get 3 in it!     This is a well built Funmover by Four Winds.  This company has been building quality units for years and the coach’s are built to last.

    This unit is built on the strong F650 chassis and is powered by the powerful Cummins diesel motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure.  The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly.  We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems. 

    I would drive this coach anywhere.

    Very nice appearing coach inside and out. 

    This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space.  There is plenty of storage space in this unit. 

    All systems check out fine in this unit.  The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold.  The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold.  Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. 

    The Cummins diesel motor starts right up and has plenty of power.  

    The automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should.  The air brakes stop the coach on a dime.  

    Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl.

    We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would.  As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards.

    At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures.  For RV’s please note that motorized RV’s are built on chassis’s that are purchased typically the end of the year prior.  RV’s are typically titled when the RV’s mfg. process is complete (usually the next year).  Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior).  Example:  Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000.  Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001.  The majority of the time this coach will be titled 2001 Discovery; however, in some cases it will be titled 2000 Freightliner.  Typically when vin’s are ran through Carfax they are bringing up what the chassis is which makes since because the vin is on the chassis.  To help with this we so our best to take pictures of inc. chassis stickers, and motorhome weight spec. sheets to help.  This is not always the case!!  Some coach’s chassis are built Jan 2001 and completed Sept. 2001 but this is rare.  Auto check and Carfax list RVs sold at auctions as "fleet" vehicle which is their terminology as in large vehicle… if you see listed as fleet it does not mean rental.

Technician, an authority of antiques or any other sort of “expert”.  I am an honest person that is able to look at and describe items accurately.  I do not have a crystal ball and cannot predict the future or know of things I cannot see.  My wish is every unit I sell drives around the world with no problems at all, but in the real world that is not how it is.  Mechanical things break eventually and units require maintenance.  Please realize you are buying used and expect to spend some money on your unit to bring it or keep it up to your standards.  Have the LP company that fills your  tank safety check your system on any used rv you buy from any company, most will do this for free.  I picture and list the items I sell for my self and others as accurately and honestly as possible.  If you would like a “professional” or “expert” to inspect the unit I am listing you are free to do so before bidding, call us for help with making arrangements.  These units are listed “as-is” with “no warranties” unless listed differently.

We are located approx.10 miles from the San Antonio International airport. We will be happy to pick you up at the airport or pay a taxi to bring you to us if we are short handed.

    I have done my very best to describe this unit to you as accurately as possible. My intent with my listings is to mention, describe and picture everything negative. Take a good look at my listing and compare it to others. It is obvious I spend a lot of time and I take great care. I check and double check all major systems including the a/c’s, fridge, lights, faucets, generators, mechanical condition, etc. If I were buying this unit I would need to know about the major systems. My goal is to make the unit sound worse than it really is. Most of my customers think the units they pick up are in better condition than they expected.

    No matter how hard I try there is a chance I will overlook something (positive or negative). The few things I have overlooked in the past were small problems like a sticky latch on a basement compartment, a dirty basement compartment, a window latch that did not work, an electrical plug that did not work, etc. On the other hand, one unit I sold had a brand new washer/dryer combo that was added in one of the pantries, that I overlooked! Please consider the age of this unit and realize the possibility of small repairs. Please bid accordingly. Please do not expect perfection. Please also keep in mind that digital photography has come a long way! Ususally the pictures of the units look better than they do in person (especially exterior). Fading and imperfect striping does not show up well in pictures. Please do not expect new. Consider the age of the unit you are bidding on and realize it is used and not perfect. Even brand new units are not perfect and they cost a lot more. Please do not assume. If you do not see a picture of something please call or email to check status.

    If you win this unit, you and I (or an associate) will personally inspect this unit together to check our accuracy. We will demo all systems for you and show you how they work if you are not familiar with. You will not leave our lot unhappy. If there is a problem we will make it right one the spot. Once you are satisified your unit is as described we will then complete the transactions paperwork as well as on-line. I do require that we both leave feedback at the time of delivery as a part of the delivery process. You will then be on your way home in you new RV!

    Keep in mind I have a Texas dealers license and I am bonded for your protection (I would not buy a vehicle from anyone on the internet that is not). This protects you as a buyer as well as enables me to provide you with a temporary license plate that is good for 21 business days (appx. 30 days).

    We know of many professional drivers.  Most are experienced retired over the road long haul truck drivers.  Sometimes if we are paid are asking price we pay these drivers to drive the units to the buyers at our expense (labor and fuel).   Otherwise, we will help you find the best possible deal on the best driver available.

     For Sale is a Nice Clean 26′ 1997 FourWinds 5000 25B with a Chevy 454, only 35724 miles, and selling with No Reserve!!


     Outside Condition: The outside of the unit has smooth fiberglass sides, good paint and stripes, good glass, like new tires, roof air, porch awning, Onan 4000 generator, rear ladder, tow package, grass skirt, basement storage, Max Air roof vents, and a Chevy 454.


      Inside Condition: The inside of the camper is in very goosd shape for being 15 years old. Up front the cacmper has 2 nice chairs, tilt wheel, cruise control, dash AC, and an AM/FM radio. Right above the drivers and passengers chair is a sleeping area. Behind the passenger chair is a nice couch that makes a bed, upper cabinets, and reading lights. Behind the drivers chair is a dinette that makesa bed. In the middle of the camper is the kitchen. The kitchen has a double sink, Magic Chef microwave, Wedgewood gas stove, Norcold refrigerator and freezer, and cabinets. Down the hall way is the bathroom. On the one side of the hall is the shower and on the opposite side is the room that has the stool and sink. In the rear of the camper is bedroom. The bedroom has full size bed, nice cabinets, and lights.


      For being 15 years old this unit is in very good shape. The inside has been very well taken care as well as the outside. There area no leaks or odors, Although this camper is nice it is not perfect. The flaws with the units are: there are a few small spots of delam and a small tear in the corner of the awning (see pics)

    Normally, the RVs that you are viewing are REPO units or trade ins. This means that this is your


    chance to own a nice RV for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed. So, please do not expect a new or perfect unit, please expect a good 17 year old RV.


    This motorhome is approx 26 foot.


    This motorhome is NOT nice, as compared to a new one or next to new, this RV is in


    decent condition. It is 17 years old.


    There is a roof AC unit that works.


    There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.


    This RV is in good shape.


    Please consider that it is 17 years old, and has been used.


    This means the RV is not new so please do not expect new, it has been used.


    If you are expecting a 17 year old RV that is USED this is it.


    I generally state, just to cover myself, this motorhome does look better in pictures than


    in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.


    There are no known roof leaks at this time.


    This RV can sleep a total of 8.


    The cab over sleeps 2.


    The sofa converts to a bed for 2 kids.


    The dinette converts to a bed for 2 kids.


    The bed in the rear sleeps 2 adults.


    The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but


    nothing to be concerned about.


    This RV has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory.


    Also, the curtains and cushions are usually worn and may not operate perfectly on some of these older units.


    I do not think you would have any trouble although I can NOT guarantee anything.


    This RV is nice not perfect.


    I now feel that I have described this RV. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive.

    We are here to sell our inventory fast and we only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 300 units in 2010. We sold over 100 units in the 1st quarter of 2011 alone!!! YES, We are very proud of Our selling average of 30+ a month units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because they are NOT NEW or PERFECT they are USED and CHEAP. So we are unable to take much time to completely check out every thing on each unit.


    We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the


    generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly.


    We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! This is a used RV.


    The units we are selling are 4-20 years old and at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price that in some cases or often times could use (and most of the time will require) some TLC. They are not perfect, they start aging and things start to break on them from the day they are built (Just like Yourself..)


    Trucks Plus is normally open for viewing of items from Monday – Saturday 10:00-5:00. Our address is 1090 Manchester Ave. Wabash IN 46992.


    The item you are bidding on can be picked up Monday – Friday 10:00am – 5pm ONLY.     Lots to like:  Bunk class c that has bunks in rear along with booth so parents can eat up front and kids in the back!  Runs great, Chevy chassis/motor great unique layout.

    This is a well built Four Winds.  This company has been building quality units for years and the coach’s are built to last.

    This unit is built on the strong Chevy chassis and is powered by the powerful Chevy 7.4L motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure.  The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly.  We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems. 

    I would drive this coach anywhere.

    Very nice appearing coach inside and out. 

    This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space.  There is plenty of storage space in this unit. 

    All systems check out fine in this unit.  The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold.  The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold.  Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. 

    The Chevy motor starts right up and has plenty of power.  

    The automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should.  The brakes stop the coach on a dime.  

    Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl.

    We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would.  As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards.

    At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures.  For RV’s please note that motorized RV’s are built on chassis’s that are purchased typically the end of the year prior.  RV’s are typically titled when the RV’s mfg. process is complete (usually the next year).  Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior).  Example:  Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000.  Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001.  The majority of the time this coach will be titled 2001 Discovery; however, in some cases it will be titled 2000 Freightliner.  Typically when vin’s are ran through Carfax they are bringing up what the chassis is which makes since because the vin is on the chassis.  To help with this we so our best to take pictures of inc. chassis stickers, and motorhome weight spec. sheets to help.  This is not always the case!!  Some coach’s chassis are built Jan 2001 and completed Sept. 2001 but this is rare.  Auto check and Carfax list RVs sold at auctions as "fleet" vehicle which is their terminology as in large vehicle… if you see listed as fleet it does not mean rental.

    I am a seller that sells a lot on E-bay.  I love motorhomes, rv’s, motorcycle, racecars, etc. and I am very knowledgable of all; however, this does not mean I am a certified motorcycle specialist, a chief mechanic of a race team, a certified R.V. Technician, an authority of antiques or any other sort of “expert”.  I am an honest person that is able to look at and describe items accurately.  I do not have a crystal ball and cannot predict the future or know of things I cannot see.  My wish is every unit I sell drives around the world with no problems at all, but in the real world that is not how it is.  Mechanical things break eventually and units require maintenance.  Please realize you are buying used and expect to spend some money on your unit to bring it or keep it up to your standards.  Have the LP company that fills your  tank safety check your system on any used rv you buy from any company, most will do this for free.  I picture and list the items I sell for my self and others as accurately and honestly as possible.  If you would like a “professional” or “expert” to inspect the unit I am listing you are free to do so before bidding, call us for help with making arrangements.  These units are listed “as-is” with “no warranties” unless listed differently.

    I have done my very best to describe this unit to you as accurately as possible. My intent with my listings is to mention, describe and picture everything negative. Take a good look at my listing and compare it to others. It is obvious I spend a lot of time and I take great care. I check and double check all major systems including the a/c’s, fridge, lights, faucets, generators, mechanical condition, etc. If I were buying this unit I would need to know about the major systems. My goal is to make the unit sound worse than it really is. Most of my customers think the units they pick up are in better condition than they expected.

    No matter how hard I try there is a chance I will overlook something (positive or negative). The few things I have overlooked in the past were small problems like a sticky latch on a basement compartment, a dirty basement compartment, a window latch that did not work, an electrical plug that did not work, etc. On the other hand, one unit I sold had a brand new washer/dryer combo that was added in one of the pantries, that I overlooked! Please consider the age of this unit and realize the possibility of small repairs. Please bid accordingly. Please do not expect perfection. Please also keep in mind that digital photography has come a long way! Ususally the pictures of the units look better than they do in person (especially exterior). Fading and imperfect striping does not show up well in pictures. Please do not expect new. Consider the age of the unit you are bidding on and realize it is used and not perfect. Even brand new units are not perfect and they cost a lot more. Please do not assume. If you do not see a picture of something please call or email to check status.

    If you win this unit, you and I (or an associate) will personally inspect this unit together to check our accuracy. We will demo all systems for you and show you how they work if you are not familiar with. You will not leave our lot unhappy. If there is a problem we will make it right one the spot. Once you are satisified your unit is as described we will then complete the transactions paperwork as well as on-line. I do require that we both leave feedback at the time of delivery as a part of the delivery process. You will then be on your way home in you new RV!

    Keep in mind I have a Texas dealers license and I am bonded for your protection (I would not buy a vehicle from anyone on the internet that is not). This protects you as a buyer as well as enables me to provide you with a temporary license plate that is good for 21 business days (appx. 30 days).
