WORK WE FIX OR REPLACE IT.

When you arrive at our dealership we will walk you through the inspection of your coach. During that inspection we will demonstrate the systems of your coach. All pre-owned units are sold “as-is” with no guarantees written or implied unless stated otherwise. We do perform a PDI and make sure all major appliance are in working order. We also go through the Lp and water systems. If we find something wrong on that inspection we fix or replace it. The pdi is a $395 Charge and is not mandatory. An extended warranty is available for purchase for rvs 1995 and newer and is good anywhere in the United States and Canada. All of our units for sale are available to view prior to bidding at our dealership. We do not guarantee cruise control, tvs,vcs,dvd players,or, cd changers.The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction end either by phone or e-mail. Please ask if you see something in writing and not pictured as there may have been an error. We are human and try to describe the unit to the best of our ability and judgement based on all the rvs we have sold over the years. Sometimes things are missed so please ask if you have any concerns. We do not always have owners manuals, remotes, or brochures. Brochures and manuals can usually be obtained off of the manufacturers website. A $2000 non-refundable deposit by way of credit card, cash in person, cashier check, Bank Wire transfer, or Pay Pal is due within 24 hours of the end auction. The balance is due within 5 days following the auction end or upon taking delivery, whichever comes first. For the balance we accept cash in person, cashier checks, credit card (please ask for details on this type of payment) or bank wire transfer. All documents must be signed and returned before we can release the unit. Please set up an appointment for all walk thrus or pickups. We sell about 30 units a month and all deliverys or pickups are scheduled. All rvs for sale in Quartzsite are picked up at our service facility in Parker 25 minutes up the road.

FOR SALES OUT OF OUR CALIFORNIA STORE: Winning bidder that takes delivery in Califonia must pay sales tax, license, smog (on motorized), and $55 doc fee. If taking delivery outside of California for use outside of California there is no sales tax charged and $55 doc fee and $15 one way trip permit applies. Customer must pay out of state delivery charge for transport company on all out of state deliveries. Charge will depend on miles for delivery or customer can provide their own transport company as long as a bill of landing is provided and is not the person purchasing the unit.

Our units are available locally and we reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.

Preowned rvs are not the same as new rvs. You are bidding on a preowned rv. Preowned rvs are not perfect. Every effort has been made to deliver an accurate description. We suggest pickup by the customer for walkthrough of the unit to show the systems working after pdi has been performed. We assume no responsibilty for damages done after leaving our premises. All pre-delivery inspections will be performed prior to customers appointment. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment we will show the customer how to work all the systems. The pdi is not an extended warranty. The pdi is good thru time of pickup only.

We have a couple transport companies that will deliver anywhere in the United States and Canada. The going rate is 1.40 a mile and may change depending on the company used. The company’s we use do a lot of deliveries for us and are transport companies not somebody doing it on the side. These are companys that are hired for the transport and they are not affiliated with our dealership.

Here is a look towards the rear. In the pics you can see there has been some paneling added on the left wall looks ok it breaks up the color.

A nice pic from the rear shows a sofa and a dinette that make into beds. Also it shows the sink big double sink.

There is the full size fridge.

This unit has a complete kitchen with a Stove Oven Range hood and a Microwave.

Here is the front bed room. This unit does not have any matresses for this bed or the bunks. There is no LP tanks on this unit either.

The room has been repainted and looks nice.

Here is a look at the sofa which makes a bed.

The dinette. Yes it makes a bed also. So there is 2 bunks, 1 full size bed, a sofa and a dinette all can be used for bedding down at night.

I like the tiles that were added in the kitchen.

Used 2006 Gulfstream Innsbruck 25RBS Travel
Trailer.

The
exterior of this 25 foot trailer is in great shape and the graphics look very
good. The interior has been well
maintained and in very good shape.

The
Living Area has a large jack knife sofa with cabinets
overhead in a slide out room. A dinette
adds additional sleeping area and sits under a large picture window. A shelf is provided for a television complete
with hook-ups and a DVD player is installed in the cabinet below. Room darkening shades provide privacy
throughout.

The Kitchen
has a 3 burner range with large oven and hood vent overhead. The 2 door refrigerator is gas and electric. The appliance package is completed with a
microwave mounted over the range. All
the appliances are clean inside and out. There is large double bowl sink with high-rise
faucet. There are plenty of cabinets for
storage of all of your cooking necessities. A large vertical window with mini blinds
provides plenty of light to the kitchen area.

The Bathroom
is a completely separate room. A vanity and
medicine cabinet are easily accessible. There is a large tub/shower. The toilet
has ample room around it. Light is provided by a skylight in the shower and a fan
vent. A large wardrobe, about 3 feet
wide is at one end of the bathroom.

The Bedroom
is a completely separate room and has a queen island bed with under bed storage. Shirt wardrobes are found on either side of
the bed, along with storage cabinets above the bed. Two large windows provide cross ventilation. Television hook ups and a shelf are provided
for easy addition of a television in the bedroom. There is also a ceiling vent in the bedroom.

The Utilities
include a 30 amp electrical service cord with its own storage compartment, 6
gallon gas water heater, and dual 30 pound LP tanks mounted up front. Waste hose storage is provided in the rear
bumper. There is an outside storage area
up front and one at the left rear. Four
manual stabilizer jacks help to level the unit.
There is a 14 foot outside manual awning.

The Safety
items include smoke and LP detectors, and a fire extinguisher. A rear bumper mounted spare tire provides peace
of mind in case of a flat tire while traveling.

1997 Gulf Stream Sun Voyager Class A Motorhome. Good Condition. 40,000 miles. It’s on a chevy chassis and has an 8 cyl. chevy engine that runs great. Unit has hydraulic leveling jacks, onan generator which runs great, outside water supply, heated holding tanks, back up camera with a monitor in the dash. Inside it’s in good shape showing some use due to the unit being a 1997. Overall in good shape inside and out. Tires like new still having plenty of tread left. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed, since GENERALLY it is a REPO unit. So, please do not expect new or perfect or barely used, please expect a decent 7 year old motorhome.

This coach is a Gulfstream Scenic Cruiser model # 8408 with the home theatre system. The Nada wholesale with no options is $108750.

This coach is approx 41′ long.

This coach is NOT nice as compared to a new unit. It is decent when compared to a new motorhome. To be 7 years old this coach is pretty nice.

This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble.

This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver’s license is required to drive this coach.

There are 7 roof AC units that both work.

The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air.

The 400hp Turbo DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems.

The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems.

An Onan generator is in good working condition.

Please consider that it is 7 years old.

This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new.

There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.

We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a VERY low price, our profit will be very low, so we are NOT planning to check or go over everything. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price.

Since we are usually selling RV’s for a low price, we feel that you can do some of the cleaning and repairs yourself or pay an RV store to do it for you.

If you are willing to pay the Nada retail price we will be glad to cover it all for you.

We are already asking as CHEAP price. The cheap price takes into consideration that this RV neew some TLC. This is the cheapest 400hp 4 slide Scenic Cruiser for sale on the internet. So, please realize this. We are the cheapest, no need to sell any cheaper…

As with any older RV, there is usually some delam or water damage.

Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO.

If you are expecting a decent 7 year old coach that is USED this is it.

I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.

There are no known roof leaks at this time.

Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a leak, currently we have not seen any leaks.

This coach can sleep a total of 4.

There is room for two in the rear bed.

The sofa converts to a bed for 2 kids.

We liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!!

We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price that in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.

This coach is DECENT when you consider the year, and compare it to a normally used coach. Its probably not nice, when you compare it to your neighbors never used always garaged RV.

The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires look decent, but they have older date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $1900.

The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.

This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.

Also, the ‘curtains’ or blinds are usually ’tattered’ and worn on these older units.

Generally, the coach you are viewing is a REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own this great coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed. So, please do not expect new or perfect, please expect a decent 7 year old coach.

When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item ‘powered up’ so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad. If you fail to give us a 48 hour notice then we will NOT have adequate time to have your item ‘powered up’ for your complete inspection.

I do not think you would have any trouble although I can NOT guarantee anything.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 1 day/ 24 hours of winning the auction, even on holiday weekends, since paypal is always open. Once the deposit has been received we will be happy to schedule an appointment for the pickup of your new item. Deposits are non refundable. The deposit is due PRIOR to pickup or within 24 hours, whichever comes first. If you fail to send the deposit prior to arrival we reserve the right to NOT sell the item to you. If we feel that you are trying to manipulate Karolina Koaches we reserve the right to NOT sell the item to you.

This is ebay, the prices are cheap, you do NOT get a retail experience because you are not paying retail price. If you do not follow our payment terms we reserve the right to NOT sell the item to you.

Future Buyers: The above item is being sold "as-is" with no guarantees written or implied unless you are purchaseing one of our new units which we will list in the desrpition as having a warranty. Unless we state warranty there is NO warranty. We ask all ebayers to view, and have the above unit inspected by a mechanic of your choice at your expense prior to the winning bid. The mechanic must inspect the unit at Karolina’s lot.

At Karolina Koaches we ask that you realize that you are purchasing a used Motorhome, 5th-Wheel or tow behind trailer, in many cases for a lot less than retail. Just like any pre-owned vehicle there will be some dings, nicks, chips, scratches, fading and or peeling of the stripes and graphics and of course some normal wear and tear.

We try our best to describe our units in detail. Small items such as remotes, TV or key fob, floor mats, extra keys and cd cartridges may be missing, even though no stated as missing.

The Buyer is responsible for a $295.00 dealer service fee (this helps to cover the costs such as pre vehicle, clean up, mailing, airport pick up, a 30 day SC temporary permit provided by Karolina Koaches, and any other related expenses.). For scheduling a pickup please allow a MINIMUM of 48 hours after the auction ends to pick up your coach, our reason why… we may already have others scheduled and no time to work you in for the necessary time required to cover the delivery of an item.

Please do NOT bid if you do not agree to these terms. If there is something that you do not agree or understand, please CALL or email us prior to bidding. Please do NOT bid if you are not pre-approved by your lending institution to complete the transaction. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction end either by phone or e-mail.

If we have NOT received the $500 NON- refundable deposit within the 24 hour timeframe, we will NOT sell the coach to the winning bidder.

If “eBay” has a documented outage within 2 hours of the auction end we reserve the right to not sell to the winning bidder (please note in 4 plus years this has only happened once).

Please be aware of the following:

NADA Book values, lengths of units, names, and model numbers are a point of reference only, it is the buyers responsibility to verify their purchase PRIOR to the departure of your item from Karolina Koaches. The balance is due within 5 days following the auction end or upon taking delivery, whichever comes first. If the balance is not paid in full in 5 days then an additional $250 will be charged, for item that was bid to less than $20,000.00, units bid $20,00.01 and higher the late payment fee is $450.00.

In addition to the above mention fees, the documentation fee is NOT discountable. Even though there are late payment penalties, Karolina reserve the right not to extend the payment terms. A late paid deposit is like paying late as well.. By paying on time there are no penalties.. please pay on time.

Please note that unit must be paid in full in order to have it delivered to you.

FAST PAY DISCOUNT: If vehicle is paid in full within 2 days of the auction end, we will discount the price $100. We also offer another $100 discount, please ask us!!

All buyers that reside out of the United Sates must pay by bank wire transfer or cash (in person) prior to the coach leaving our property. In some cases there may be a slight delay for title. When purchasing one of our items via eBay you agree that the venue for any legal proceedings will be in the County of Anderson South Carolina.

If you change your mind for any reason or decide to NOT purchase or try to return your item, we charge a 30% ‘restock’ing fee.

Our units are available for sale locally on our ‘lot’ and we reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time and sell the item prior to auction end.

The decorations will be removed upon receipt of the deposit. If you desire to have the decorations please notify us at the time of the deposit, otherwise you will NOT have any decorations.

For the following optional 2 services I can start a Ebay auction for you to purchase so we both can receive feedback. If you desire either service just let me know, I will start a ebay auction for the service described and you can purchase it through Ebay. OPTIONAL SERVICES: We offer for your convenience two services: *** 1) $495 Prep Service: This includes filling the fuel tank with Gasoline($595 for diesel), filling the LP tank and water tanks *** 2) $75 Coach Essentials Kit: This includes: sewer hose, sewer odor cup, holding tank deodorizers, RV toilet paper, A/C adapter cord, water regulator, and a fresh water hose.

MECHANICAL: We work on and repair most mechanical functions with our coaches. But, due to stringent State and Federal regulations, we are not set up to repair or maintain dash A/C units. Thus we do NOT guarantee that any dash A/C units work. ALL A/C components are "AS IS". Most do work, but we will NOT be responsible for repairing of maintaining dash A/C components.

Also, we do not guarantee the following (if installed) will operate: 1) satellite systems 2) security systems 3) non-factory add-ons 4) we cannot guarantee tire life or wear 5) cruise control 6) spare tires are optional and are NOT standard equipment.

ADVERTISING ERRORS: Please be aware that we are NOT PERFECT. We go to great lengths to make sure our ads are correct, BUT occasionally we do make a mistake. If you do not see it in the picture, then it probably is NOT an option on the vehicle. If you do not see floor mats, then the vehicle probably does not have them. If we do not mention a keyless entry, then we most likely do not have the keyless remote even though the vehicle might have had one when new. If you are unsure about an option, then please e-mail me and I will confirm if it has that option.

SHIPPING: All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" but we can gladly assist with shipping arrangements. Shipping is only available after the item is PAID IN FULL.

On all RVs especially older models there is almost always a place or two of delamation.

If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid.

If you can not pay the final balance within 5 business days, please do NOT bid.

If you do NOT pay the Deposit within 24 hours we reserve the right to NOT sell the item.

If you do NOT pay the full amount within 5 days we reserve the right to NOT sell the item and keep the $500 deposit.

As far as the deposit and final payment I do offer a couple of different options. Pay the $500 deposit within 24 hours via Paypal or send me a confirmation # from FedEx or similar for a cashiers check within 24 hours and you will have 5 days to pay the balance.

I do offer a $100 discount off of the winning bid price AFTER the $295 Doc Fee is paid. In order to receive the $100 discount, the entire balance must be paid within 48 hours of the end of the auction.

Full payment is due within 5 days period. If you do not pay within the 5 days we do reserve the right to NOT sell the unit to you.

I will NOT hand over my title until your funds have cleared my account, 5 business days. So, if you arrive to pickup your new item and you do NOT bring cash or do a bank wire transfer then I hold the title till your funds clear MY bank. If you want to leave with your title then bring cash or do a bank transfer which usually takes 2 – 3 hours.

Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles.

A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak.

This will make someone a great starter rv or for someone that doesn’t want to spend a lot of money. It does have sun fade and some cosmetic damage. The tires have good tread but I am not sure of the age. We drove it 300 miles with no problems.

We have went through and checked all the major appliances, and they are in working order. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out everything on each unit. We will make sure the following items are working when the unit is picked up:

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier’s or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

Shipping & Delivery:

All shipping charges are buyer’s responsibility. Florida RVS LLC will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Florida RVS LLC as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Florida RVS LLC.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Finalizing your Purchase:

Florida RVS LLC will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Contact First Name Placeholder at Florida RVS LLC by e-mail or phone
478-272-3972 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.

I do not know the full history of this unit so I can not predict
that something is going to quit working or need changing in the near future, If
I feel I would drive or pull this unit from state to state, then it is ready to
sell. Although this unit runs and drives good, looks good for the year and I
would not hesitate to drive this unit anywhere…. All sales are final. sold as
is, where is, with no warranties written or implied. Has normal wear and tear
like all used vehicles. This is a Used RV, I can not warranty or guarantee any
parts on this unit not to be faulty, Bidding means you intend on buying, Please

Most of my units are driven/pulled approx. 200-400 miles before selling,
if there is a problem, I have it fixed (or list problem on ad), I check motor
fluids, etc, change if needed, Tires are checked and and noted on listing ad.
I check out most major appliances, fix if needed (unless listed), unit
is cleaned inside and out, then put up for sale. Dont assume this unit is in
perfect condition, it is not new, even if the previous owner have taken
excellent care of this unit it still wouldn’t be in new/perfect condition. We
reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for
sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the
vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value
and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make
every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this

always check minor stuff like every light bulb, etc. For some reason the
pictures sometimes looks better then in person on the motorhomes, please look
at pictures closely and consider the year of the motorhome to decide if it may
be to “outdated” for what your looking for. I will do my best to make every

Lots to like: Huge living room slide out, 12′ garage (very hard to find), sleeps an army before you get out the cots in the garage! Can haul 3 atv’s, tons of basement storage space, can haul a Rzr and have room to strap down, etc., Workhorse, Vortec/Allison combo, Michelins, bedroom above garage (kids love "upstairs", and enough room for adults to sleep comfortably), big kitchen and bathroom the ladies love, back up camera, jacks, fueling station, and much more.

This is a well built Gulf Stream. This company has been building quality units for years and the coach’s are built to last.

This unit is built on the strong Workhorse chassis and is powered by the powerful 8.1L motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems.

I would drive this coach anywhere.

This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit.

All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured.

The Vortec 8.1L motor starts right up and has plenty of power.

The Allison automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime.

Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl.

We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards.

At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. For RV’s please note that motorized RV’s are built on chassis’s that are purchased typically the end of the year prior. RV’s are typically titled when the RV’s mfg. process is complete (usually the next year). Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior). Example: Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000. Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001. The majority of the time this coach will be titled 2001 Discovery; however, in some cases it will be titled 2000 Freightliner. Typically when vin’s are ran through Carfax they are bringing up what the chassis is which makes since because the vin is on the chassis. To help with this we so our best to take pictures of inc. chassis stickers, and motorhome weight spec. sheets to help. This is not always the case!! Some coach’s chassis are built Jan 2001 and completed Sept. 2001 but this is rare. Auto check and Carfax list RVs sold at auctions as "fleet" vehicle which is their terminology as in large vehicle… if you see listed as fleet it does not mean rental.

I have done my very best to describe this unit to you as accurately as possible. My intent with my listings is to mention, describe and picture everything negative. Take a good look at my listing and compare it to others. It is obvious I spend a lot of time and I take great care. I check and double check all major systems including the a/c’s, fridge, lights, faucets, generators, mechanical condition, etc. If I were buying this unit I would need to know about the major systems. My goal is to make the unit sound worse than it really is. Most of my customers think the units they pick up are in better condition than they expected.

No matter how hard I try there is a chance I will overlook something (positive or negative). The few things I have overlooked in the past were small problems like a sticky latch on a basement compartment, a dirty basement compartment, a window latch that did not work, an electrical plug that did not work, etc. On the other hand, one unit I sold had a brand new washer/dryer combo that was added in one of the pantries, that I overlooked! Please consider the age of this unit and realize the possibility of small repairs. Please bid accordingly. Please do not expect perfection. Please also keep in mind that digital photography has come a long way! Ususally the pictures of the units look better than they do in person (especially exterior). Fading and imperfect striping does not show up well in pictures. Please do not expect new. Consider the age of the unit you are bidding on and realize it is used and not perfect. Even brand new units are not perfect and they cost a lot more. Please do not assume. If you do not see a picture of something please call or email to check status.

If you win this unit, you and I (or an associate) will personally inspect this unit together to check our accuracy. We will demo all systems for you and show you how they work if you are not familiar with. You will not leave our lot unhappy. If there is a problem we will make it right one the spot. Once you are satisified your unit is as described we will then complete the transactions paperwork as well as on-line. I do require that we both leave feedback at the time of delivery as a part of the delivery process. You will then be on your way home in you new RV!

Keep in mind I have a Texas dealers license and I am bonded for your protection (I would not buy a vehicle from anyone on the internet that is not). This protects you as a buyer as well as enables me to provide you with a temporary license plate that is good for 21 business days (appx. 30 days).

This camper has been professionally winterized – so you
don’t have to worry about any frozen pipes this winter! But just because we
winterized it, doesn’t mean you have to stop camping – the furnace will still
keep you warm. The fridge and cooking appliances still work. You can still
sleep in it. Just bring bottled water to drink, and remember not to use the
sinks, shower, or toilet – but most campgrounds have nice bath houses now,
anyway (and this time of year, I’m sure you can get a PRIME spot close to the
showers). So grab your gear, load up your coat (don’t forget your skis and
your snowboard!), and GO CAMPING!!

With the opposing slides opened up…this motorhome is ROOMY. Take
a good look at the photos – you can see how big it is inside, and you can
tell it’s also in great shape. I included a floorplan diagram so you can see the
layout. Up front, there is a bed over the cab. The dash is a lot like your car or truck and makes it easy to drive and easy to see all the instruments.
There is a panel for the hydraulic leveling jacks, and there is also a brake
controller for the trailer hitch. The owner also left their Sirius/XM
receiver installed, so if you get a subscription you can have satellite radio.
There is a pair of fold-out sofas behind the cab, with the kitchen behind
them on the drivers side and the entry door on the passenger side. Behind the
entry door is the second slideout, and it has the dinette table and chairs, a
wardrobe, and the bed. Behind the kitchen is the large bathroom with big
glass-door corner shower, vanity, and toilet. All of it is in great shape and
I didn’t see any damage anywhere. There are some signs of normal wear, but
that’s…normal. The unit has THREE televisions – one behind the entry facing
the cab; one behind the entry facing the dinette (back to back with the first
one); and one in the bedroom. It also has a full complement of RV systems –
DUAL roof air for dual-zone cooling; a big 35k BTU LP furnace; a full
plumbing system including holding tanks, water pump, DSI water heater, and
outside shower; complete kitchen with fridge, convection microwave, LP
cooktop and lots of solid-surface countertops; tons of storage; and room to
sleep up to eight people on beds. And like I said…it’s all in great shape. I
didn’t see any rips, tears, or stains anywhere and we haven’t found any signs
of leaks on it anywhere. There are no odors.

Outside is the same – full body paint that’s in pretty good
shape overall (there are some nicks and scrapes here and there from normal
use, but again – that’s normal), nice chrome wheels, tires that look to be in
great shape, TONS of basement storage compartments, slide topper awnings, TWO
patio awnings (one on the main wall over the entry, and one on the slideout
behind it), and that great Kodiak chassis with heavy duty running boards and
the optional Duramax diesel (very desirable compared to the standard 8.1 gas
motor), and the Allison transmission. There are a couple areas you can see
some paint issues, but they’re minor – the clearcoat is peeling a little bit
on the front cap, and it looks like the rear corners have bumped into
something which cracked the paint a bit. There is no body damage there, just crinkled
paint (and we do have a paint booth on site, so I can see about an estimate
to match it back up before you take it home if you like). Also on the drivers
side, right behind the drivers door, the generator access door has a scrape
in it and in the piece of trim right in front of it. None of these are major,
and they’re all in the photos so you can see for yourself. I didn’t see any
rust on it at all, and the graphics all look great. It’s also got some really
nice colors; they really look great in the sunlight!

As an extra bonus for our buyers, we’ve already gone through all
the appliances and mechanical systems on this coach, and made any adjustments
or repairs that were needed to get all of them working 100% for you.

It’s clean. It’s dry. It runs great. And it has a TON of space
inside.

Oh – did I mention we have it priced TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS below
book retail value??

That’s
right. NADA book retail on this coach is over $100,000. But since we got a
great deal on it, and because it has a couple little scratches here and there
as noted above, and because it’s our “off-season”…we’re giving you the chance
to make a GREAT deal here!

you’ve been thinking about getting into RV’ing, or just getting a
newer/larger unit…now’s the time! We have some great prices on our items
right now, because it’s the “off-season”. The longer we have them here, the

Is it cheaper if I pay cash?

Sorry, no it isn’t. Cash, check, or finance – the

private seller. Cash is great for a seller who needs to have the money TODAY
so they can pay other bills…but we’ve been around for over 30 years. We can
wait for a check to clear if we need to.

Can my truck tow it?

I don’t know…but I’ll be happy to find out. Send
me the year, make, model, how many doors, 2 or 4 wheel drive, long or short
bed, and what size the engine is – and I can look it up for you. But to give
you the right answer, I need ALL of the information. Otherwise, I’m
just guessing – and that’s not very helpful.

Is hitch work included?

No. Unless it is noted specifically in the auction,
our eBay pricing DOES NOT INCLUDE HITCH WORK.
We are able to do any installations you might need, just send me your

Is there a warranty?

No. All of our eBay items, unless otherwise
specifically noted in the listing, are sold AS-IS,

What does “as-is” mean?

As-is means that even though we are a dealer, sometimes
we sell items without putting shop time (and MONEY) into them – no sealing,

All vehicles are used most like trade ins or repos and with any used vehicle it may or may not have chips, scratches, dings, dents, cracks, delamination previous leaks, fading or other imperfections from normal use, look at pictures closely or ask questions. If we come across something that does not work we repair it or list it in our ads as not working. May be missing compartment/hatch door keys, door lock keys, owner manuals, floor mats, and navigation disks (if applicable), etc. This is a used vehicle. We do not know the full history of this unit. Do not assume this unit is in perfect condition, it is not new, even if the previous owners have taken excellent care of this unit it still would not be in new/perfect condition. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please arrange pick up dates during business hours. Mon-Sat 9-4pm….We are closed on Sundays. if after hours additional fee ($100) will apply.

Please notify us of pick up date so unit can be powered up (fridge, roof airs,etc) and ready to go thru when you arrive.

Deposits: Non-refundable $1,000 deposit due within 24 hours of auction end by paypal,credit card, bankwire transfer, or money order (CALL US IF YOU ARE MAILING PAYMENT). Balance due within 7 days of the auction end. We accept paypal and credit cards for deposit only. Balance will have to be paid with cash, bankwire transfer or cashiers check. Personal or Business Checks will not be accepted. Title will be mailed within 7-10 days after payment clears.
(BUY IT NOW ONLY-REQUIRES A $500 N.R. IMMEDIATE DEPOSIT).

Sales Tax and fees: $250.00 doc fee applies to all buyers.
Fla is a “reciprocating” state, meaning tax you pay in Fla will BE LIKE PAYING TAXES in your state of residence, up to 6%. You will be given an affidavit of tax paid. If you reside outside the United States you do not have to pay FL sales tax if you are not registering in the United States but you WILL NOT be entitled to a temporary tag. Canadian or Overseas: Unit will have to be paid in full and cleared (1 to 2 days) before pick up/delivery , You will need the title for customs. If you are not registering in the United States you do not have to pay FL sales tax but you WILL NOT be entitled to a temporary tag.

If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder or sell it otherwise and you will be blocked as a bidder. All sales must be paid in full within 7 days.
