My wife and I love to personally go RVing. We have traveled most all of the lower 48, and go whenever we can.
I am an RV enthusiast, and love it. I personally drive and check out every RV we sell, and will gladly give any instruction to the new owner.

Please remember this is a used vehicle, and has wear typical for year and mileage, but nothing abnormal, unless mentioned above.

We will deliver the vehicle to your door for a nominal fee.

This 1992 has an amazing layout with a large body and freestanding dinette that is across from a wrap kitchen that has an independent ice maker, toaster, large refrigerator, convection microwave, and more. Walk around the corner and there is a hallway with an elegant cabinet and two seperate doors one that leads to the bedroomo and one to the bathroom the bathroom can be closed off seperate from the bedroom and living room. There is skylights with blinds a large glass closet and so much more. The condition is very good inside and out , the outside does look to have been professionally repainted but looks sharp.

One other Item That seems to come up, is on the title box. When the title says CLEAR,This means no salvage history or bank liens. Everything we sell at Paradise is in OUR dealer stock and the title has been signed over to Paradise from What ever Bank or owner we bought it from. We may not have the title in hand due to it having to clear the bank but we will have it as soon as the bank sends it to us,which is usually within 2 days after the sale.
For your comfort and piece of mind Paradise is a licensed and Bonded dealer in Both Oregon and in Arizona.
We are bound by state law that we have to provide clear title to the buyer within 30 days . If you are buying and plan on importing to Canada, please let us know.
The 72 hour required waiting period to cross the border is after payment and we have the title in hand .

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Finalizing your Purchase:

Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $50 and a fee of $263 post sale inspection and detail. Every buyer is charged these fees. All sales transactions must be completed within 3 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit for Cars and Trucks, 750.00 deposit for boats and 1,000.00 deposit for Motor Homes immediately upon winning the "buy it now" auction . Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. Please be sure to have all your financing arranged prior to clicking " buy it now" as the deposit is non refundable.

Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 3 calendar days. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if yo are financing that your financial institution accept the year and miles of the vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. If you are not sure about something please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted. PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle.
