Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $50 and a fee of $263 post sale inspection and detail. Every buyer is charged these fees. All sales transactions must be completed within 3 days of auction close.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit for Cars and Trucks, 750.00 deposit for boats and 1,000.00 deposit for Motor Homes immediately upon winning the "buy it now" auction . Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. Please be sure to have all your financing arranged prior to clicking " buy it now" as the deposit is non refundable.

Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 3 calendar days. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if yo are financing that your financial institution accept the year and miles of the vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. If you are not sure about something please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted. PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER TO OFFER A SECOND CHANCE OPTION. Please be advised that we reserve the right to be allowed up to two weeks to deliver the title.

Do not assume anything not listed is included.Also since most Motorhome manufactures purchase year end chassis (Ford,Chev) some titles are registered on the chassis which make it seem as its a year older. Not the case but,it depends on if its registared on the chassis or the Coach.So if you need ,please check with us prior to bidding if this will be a problem. One other Item That seems to come up, is on the title box. When the title says CLEAR,This means no salvage history or bank liens. Everything we sell at Paradise is in OUR dealer stock and the title has been signed over to Paradise from What ever Bank or owner we bought it from. We may not have the title in hand due to it having to clear the bank but we will have it as soon as the bank sends it to us,which is usually within 2 days after the sale.
For your comfort and piece of mind Paradise is a licensed and Bonded dealer in Both Oregon and in Arizona.
We are bound by state law that we have to provide clear title to the buyer within 30 days . If you are buying and plan on importing to Canada, please let us know.
The 72 hour required waiting period to cross the border is after payment and we have the title in hand .

Shipping & Delivery:

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Finalizing your Purchase:

Used 2009 Jayco Jay Feather Ex-Port 17 Expandable Trailer.

Super light and super rigid frames coupled with Jayco’s TuffShell vacuum-bonded laminated walls, roof and floors make for easier and more aerodynamic towing. Live large…tow small is what the Jay Feather EXP is all about. Bedrooms expand to allow maximum liveability while weight and towing length are kept to a minimum. This particular unit has been very well maintained and has an excellent exterior. The bed tents are like brand new. The original tires are excellent with no signs of dry rot. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to rate this trailer a 9.

The Kitchen has a 3 burner range with large oven and hood vent overhead. The 1 door refrigerator with wood door fronts is gas and electric. The appliance package is completed with a microwave mounted over the range. All the appliances are exceptionally clean inside and out. There is large bowl sink with a high rise faucet. There is a window over the counter with mini blinds.

The Living Area has a large sofa. Has lots of windows. A cabinet and hook ups are provided for a television and associated entertainment items, including a roof mounted antenna. The AM/FM/CD player plays thru ceiling speakers. The trailer has a working roof air conditioner and heat.

The Bathroom is a completely separate room with a vanity and medicine cabinet. There is a tub and shower. The foot operated toilet has ample room around it.

The Two Expandable Beds are each capable of sleeping two people and supported by cables – no struts to fight into place on the outside. Zipper weather canvas can be opened to provide plenty of ventilation.

The Utilities include a 30 amp electrical service cord with its own storage compartment, cable hook-up, outdoor shower, 6 gallon DSI gas/electric hot water heater, sewer hose storage compartment, and dual 20 gallon LP tanks with a molded cover mounted up front. Manual stabilizer jacks with pads help to level the unit. There is an outside manual awning.

The Safety items include smoke, LP, and CO2 detectors, and a fire extinguisher.

IMPORTANT!

Range, Oven, Refrigerator, Furnace, Water Heater, Roof A/C, Water System, Holding tanks, Awning, Slide Rooms, Jacks and TV antenna have all been tested and work like they should. We will give the future owner a full opportunity to inspect the RV before completing the sale.

When you arrive at our dealership we will walk you through the inspection of your coach. During that inspection we will demonstrate the systems of your coach. All pre-owned units are sold “as-is” with no guarantees written or implied unless stated otherwise. We do perform a PDI and make sure all major appliance are in working order. We also go through the Lp and water systems. If we find something wrong on that inspection we fix or replace it. The pdi is a $395 Charge and is not mandatory. An extended warranty is available for purchase for rvs 1995 and newer and is good anywhere in the United States and Canada. All of our units for sale are available to view prior to bidding at our dealership. We do not guarantee cruise control, tvs,vcs,dvd players,or, cd changers.The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction end either by phone or e-mail. Please ask if you see something in writing and not pictured as there may have been an error. We are human and try to describe the unit to the best of our ability and judgement based on all the rvs we have sold over the years. Sometimes things are missed so please ask if you have any concerns. We do not always have owners manuals, remotes, or brochures. Brochures and manuals can usually be obtained off of the manufacturers website. A $2000 non-refundable deposit by way of credit card, cash in person, cashier check, Bank Wire transfer, or Pay Pal is due within 24 hours of the end auction. The balance is due within 5 days following the auction end or upon taking delivery, whichever comes first. FOR SALES OUT OF OUR CALIFORNIA STORE: Winning bidder that takes delivery in Califonia must pay sales tax, license, smog (on motorized), and $55 doc fee. If taking delivery outside of California for use outside of California there is no sales tax charged and $55 doc fee and $15 one way trip permit applies. Customer must pay out of state delivery charge for transport company on all out of state deliveries. Charge will depend on miles for delivery or customer can provide their own transport company as long as a bill of landing is provided and is not the person purchasing the unit.

FOR SALES OUT OF ARIZONA: Sales tax must be collected if taking delivery in Arizona,license, smog (on motorized), and $55 doc fee. If taking delivery outside of Arizona for use outside of Arizona there is no sales tax charged and $55 doc fee and $20 one way trip permit applies. Preowned rvs are not the same as new rvs. You are bidding on a preowned rv. Preowned rvs are not perfect. Every effort has been made to deliver an accurate description. We suggest pickup by the customer for walkthrough of the unit to show the systems working after pdi has been performed. We assume no responsibilty for damages done after leaving our premises. All pre-delivery inspections will be performed prior to customers appointment. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment we will show the customer how to work all the systems. We have a couple transport companies that will deliver anywhere in the United States and Canada. The going rate is 1.40 a mile and may change depending on the company used. The company’s we use do a lot of deliveries for us and are transport companies not somebody doing it on the side. These are companys that are hired for the transport and they are not affiliated with our dealership.

Here is a nice Jayco 5th wheel in decent condition needing a few cosmetics. It is fully loaded with everything you could possible need. It has a front kitchen and dinette area, a center living room, full bath and a large private queen bedroom on the upper level. It has a full awning and 2 Slides. All equipment is listed above. The pictures were taken today.

The exterior is in very good condition, there are no dents dings etc. The tires are good. Both slides operate well, but one needs a new switch however it does operate.

The wood cabinets are all in good condition. The upholstery and window treatments are all good but could use a good cleaning from being stored. The carpet needs a heavy cleaning or maybe replacement. This is an exceptional layout with a lot of space and amenities.

The trailer has been in storage for a couple years. The plywood header on the side wall over the living room slide needs to be replaced. The slide works fine but some of the plywood is soft. It’s not a real big job to do. Other than that it just needs a thorough cleaning and detail and perhaps a new carpet..
