Finalizing your Purchase:

This camper has been professionally winterized – so you
don’t have to worry about any frozen pipes this winter! But just because we
winterized it, doesn’t mean you have to stop camping – the furnace will still
keep you warm. The fridge and cooking appliances still work. You can still
sleep in it. Just bring bottled water to drink, and remember not to use the
sinks, shower, or toilet – but most campgrounds have nice bath houses now,
anyway (and this time of year, I’m sure you can get a PRIME spot close to the
showers). So grab your gear, load up your coat (don’t forget your skis and
your snowboard!), and GO CAMPING!!

Technical adjustments. State safety regulations. All of that is INCLUDED in
these prices, so there’s no guesswork involved. They are ready to GO,
wherever you want to take them!

This Cougar is one nice bunkhouse! Inside and out, it’s in great
shape. The outside has a little streaking on it from rain, but that all
washes right off (and we’ll take care of that before you pick it up), and I
only saw two stains inside, on the floor of the bunk room, they look like
grease stains from the slide mechanism when the slide is in. But that’s it.
There are no rips or tears anywhere in the carpet or upholstery. The walls,
ceiling, and linoleum all look great. There’s no body damage outside. All the
appliances have been checked and are working great. It’s been inspected. It’s
just…ready to go, just like it says up above.

Take a good look at the photos, and you can see for yourself how
nice it is. There is an almost ridiculous
amount of storage space in this one – just look at all those cabinets!! Some
of the photos came out a little dark, but it’s not a dark camper. My camera
was picking up bright light coming through the windows, so the interior looks
a little darker. I tried to lighten a couple of them, but that bleaches the
color out so I left them alone. Between the photos and the floorplan, though,
you can tell – this one has it all! Double slide, one for the living area with
the convertible dinette and the fold-out sleep sofa (not a jack knife!) and
one for the bunk room in back. Big corner bath. Complete kitchen with
convection microwave, LP cooktop and oven, dual sink, and gas/electric
fridge. TV stand in each bedroom and in the living area (and the camper is
prewired for a satellite input if you want to add one). And a private front
bedroom. This is one BIG camper, and all of it is easily usable with no
wasted space.

Outside is the same story – good sized exterior storage bins; a
slideout rear bumper that has a cargo rack attached, rated to carry 200 lbs; great
graphics; and a nice big awning. You can’t go wrong on this one! Somebody is
going to get a really nice bunkhouse here, at a really good price.

If
you’ve been thinking about getting into RV’ing, or just getting a
newer/larger unit…now’s the time! We have some great prices on our items
right now, because it’s the “off-season”. The longer we have them here, the
closer we’re going to get to “camping season”…demand is going to go up…we’ll
end up with more time and money invested in them…and

Every unit I have in this sale – any of them with this orange box in the
auction listing – has been fully prepped.

All the appliances have been
checked and adjusted and are working 100%.

They’ve been re-sealed as needed.

There are no soft spots or leaks.

They have passed MD state safety
inspection.

Wow – look at how light
this camper is!! I have a 1992 Jeep Cherokee SUV with a six cylinder engine
that could pull it! And that 440lb hitch weight is SUPER-light, so you won’t
be dragging your rear bumper either. But don’t let the weight fool you – look
at the photos. You can see how much room there is inside, and how
well-equipped it is. “Light” definitely does not mean “cheap”. It sleeps eight,
has a convertible sofa and dinette, a full kitchen, a big bathroom, and lots
and lots of space to move around. There’s even an eat-in bar with 2 stools!
All of it is in great shape, too – I didn’t see any marks, rips, tears, or
stains anywhere in this one. You’ve got a thermostat to run the LP furnace
and the ducted A/C; there’s a dual sink, LP cooktop and oven, gas/electric
fridge and a microwave in the kitchen; a nice built-in DVD stereo system; TV
hookups; and a nice garden tub in the roomy bathroom. The slide is
cable-operated, too, so you don’t have to worry about lubing screw-jacks.

Outside, it’s just as nice as the inside. There are a couple of
rain streaks on it, but we’ll wash those off before you come pick it up. The
graphics and fiberglass all look great with no fading, and they have a good
shine all around. There’s an outside shower, plenty of outside storage, and a
nice big awning. The only marks on it are at the very top of the front wall,
which is built differently than the sidewalls – the sidewalls are built under
pressure, and the fiberglass is press-glued to the wall underneath. The front
wall, since its curved, is just put in place without the pressure during
gluing. The top of the front wall has a couple small waves in it that I
couldn’t even get to show up in the photos. There are no leaks inside at all,
and I don’t even think the waves are a result of a leak…but we resealed the area
for you just to be safe. We’re a Passport dealer, so we know the product very
well. They (Keystone) make a great camper, and this one is no exception.
Build quality is first rate, techniques are top-notch, and they really know
how to build a quality, well-optioned camper that is super-lightweight. They
don’t cut any corners – it’s a solid, clean, roomy camper with a great price.
And this one could be all yours, just in time for the camping season to
start!

Springdale is a brand that we sell new, so we know these units
very well. They are an amazing value – you get a lot of camper for your money
here, and they’re not “cheap” units either. They have the same build quality
that Keystone is famous for – and remember, Keystone also builds units like
Raptor. Montana. Big Sky. Serious, high-dollar campers…and they use the same
basic methods and principals on the Springdales, too. Take a look at the
photos, you can see how nice this one is. Classic aluminum sides. Nice
woodwork inside. Good colors for the fabrics and carpeting. No stains or
tears. No odors. Nice layout. Rear kitchen with TONS of cabinet and counter
space. Convertible dinette and jack-knife sofa. Thermostat-controlled ducted
a/c and LP furnace. BIG walk through bathroom. Private bedroom with a
separate entrance. And I went through and turned all the appliances on and
off when I took the photos, and they all worked for me. And it has all the
appliances you’d expect in a fully-equipped trailer: DSI water heater, 12v
water pump, LP cooktop / oven, microwave oven, LP/electric fridge, LP
furnace, roof a/c – it’s all there.

Outside looks as nice as the inside. I didn’t see any body
damage on it anywhere. The siding is nice and shiny. The graphics look great
with only minor curling on the word “Springdale” on the front wall. The tires
have good tread on them, and all the seals and gaskets look to be in good
condition. All in all, this is a reasonably light camper, in great shape
inside and out, for not a lot of money.

If
you’ve been thinking about getting into RV’ing, or just getting a
newer/larger unit…now’s the time! We have some great prices on our items
right now, because it’s the “off-season”. The longer we have them here, the
more work we’re going to do to them…the closer we’re going to get to “camping
season”…demand is going to go up…we’ll end up with more time and money
invested in them…and the prices will go UP.

When you arrive at our dealership we will walk you through the inspection of your coach. During that inspection we will demonstrate the systems of your coach. All pre-owned units are sold “as-is” with no guarantees written or implied unless stated otherwise. We do perform a PDI and make sure all major appliance are in working order. We also go through the Lp and water systems. If we find something wrong on that inspection we fix or replace it. The pdi is a $395 Charge and is not mandatory. An extended warranty is available for purchase for rvs 1995 and newer and is good anywhere in the United States and Canada. All of our units for sale are available to view prior to bidding at our dealership. We do not guarantee cruise control, tvs,vcs,dvd players,or, cd changers.The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction end either by phone or e-mail. We are human and try to describe the unit to the best of our ability and judgement based on all the rvs we have sold over the years. FOR SALES OUT OF OUR CALIFORNIA STORE: Winning bidder that takes delivery in Califonia must pay sales tax, license, smog (on motorized), and $55 doc fee. If taking delivery outside of California for use outside of California there is no sales tax charged and $55 doc fee and $15 one way trip permit applies. Customer must pay out of state delivery charge for transport company on all out of state deliveries. Charge will depend on miles for delivery or customer can provide their own transport company as long as a bill of landing is provided and is not the person purchasing the unit.

Preowned rvs are not the same as new rvs. You are bidding on a preowned rv. Preowned rvs are not perfect. Every effort has been made to deliver an accurate description. We suggest pickup by the customer for walkthrough of the unit to show the systems working after pdi has been performed. We assume no responsibilty for damages done after leaving our premises. All pre-delivery inspections will be performed prior to customers appointment. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment we will show the customer how to work all the systems. The pdi is not an extended warranty. The pdi is good thru time of pickup only.

We have a couple transport companies that will deliver anywhere in the United States and Canada. The going rate is 1.40 a mile and may change depending on the company used. The company’s we use do a lot of deliveries for us and are transport companies not somebody doing it on the side. These are companys that are hired for the transport and they are not affiliated with our dealership.

Here’s another of our great campers, being listed as a “winter
special” so you can save some money – just because it’s the off-season. We want to
save you some money, and make sure you’re ready to go camping as soon as the
thermometer starts to go up again. I’ve included lots of pictures so you can see
for yourself how nice this camper is, inside and out. It is six years old,
remember, so there is a little rain-streaking on the outside (it’ll wash off)
and you might want to grab some seam sealer while you’re here picking up the
camper, just to have it on hand (seam re-sealing is regular maintenance, and
any good RV owner will re-do their seams every season to make sure nothing
leaks). But, there’s no damage inside or out that we’ve been able to find.

Inside is nice and clean with no stains or damage. There are no odors.
None of the upholstery is ripped or stained. The floors, walls, cabinets, and
ceiling all look good. I personally turned all the appliances (fridge, stove,
oven, furnace, a/c, water pump, water heater) on and off, and they all did
what they were supposed to. The layout
is great, with a TON of cabinets in that rear kitchen and lots of open space.
The walk-through bath makes the bedroom nice and private, and both the living
area AND the bedroom have their own exterior entrances. It has an outside
kitchen, too, in case you need some extra cook space. And the slide is a
power unit, so all you have to do is push a button, and watch all that space
open right up. All this great stuff, in such great condition…and we still
have it priced so you can save $4000 off NADA book value!

If
you’ve been thinking about getting into RV’ing, or just getting a
newer/larger unit…now’s the time! We have some great prices on our items
right now, because it’s the “off-season”. The longer we have them here, the
more work we’re going to do to them…the closer we’re going to get to “camping
season”…demand is going to go up…we’ll end up with more time and money
invested in them…and the prices will go UP.
We’ve been at this a long time. It’s a cycle, and it happens every year. So
if you want to save some money (don’t we all?)…take advantage of the prices
NOW, before they creep upwards for the season. Because they will. They always
do. But – the campers are all
winterized. Buy now, save a bundle of cash, and just…park it. Let it sit. All
you have to do between now and nice weather is shovel around it – and in my
book, if a little bit of shoveling means saving thousands of dollars? I go
for it!
