These are current pictures of this RV and were taken by us. This motorhome is only advertised on eBay by us. Thanks!

We require a $2,000 deposit due within 48 hours of the end of the auction and the balance is due within 7 days of the end of auction. If you need more time than that, please let us know so we can work something out. We accept PAYPAL and credit card for the deposit. We accept money wire and cashier checks or certified funds for the remaining balance. If you pick up the motorhome in Arizona we need to collect state taxes at the rate your state charges. The taxes are reciprocated back to your state so you will not pay the tax again when you get home. YOU WILL NOT PAY TAXES TWICE. If you are from Arizona you will need to pay 7.3 percent sales tax. You will also pay our City of Scottsdale tax of 1.65%. Motorhomes shipped out of state are not subject to taxes here. Buyer is then responsible for taxes in their home state. If you have any questions about this at all, please call us. Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs. We will gladly pick you up at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and take you to the motorhome. There is a $299 documentation fee. When you purchase the motorhome from us, you will receive a 90 day temporary registration. You will need to show proof of insurance when you pick the coach up.

MONACO DIPLOMAT LE SERIES, THIS COACH HAS IT ALL:

FULL BODY PAINT: The LE series is the only coach in the Diplomat line that had full body paint in 2001. And this paint is in excellent condition. The exterior is immaculate and it is easy to see it has been garaged. This beautiful Monaco Diplomat LE is as close to perfect as you could possibly get and it looks like a much, much newer coach. It is just as gorgeous standing next to it as it looks in these pictures. Pictures can be deceiving but in this case the way it looks is the way it is. I have never seen a nicer coach for the year than this one. I’ve seen many newer coaches that couldn’t out shine this one. You don’t need to spend thousands more to get a gorgeous diesel pusher. Here’s one that will fit your budget and your friends will think you spent thousands and thousands more!!!

350HP CUMMINS ENGINE: This LE has power to spare. Powerful 350HP Cummins with 6 spd Allison Automatic transmission. I visited with the previous owners and they spent the time and money to keep this coach in A-1 condition mechanically.

They did frequent maintenance on the Generator

As well. So it is also immaculate.

JOEY TRAY IN BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT:

The center storage is pass through with a joey tray.

This is in addition to other storage compartments. All of the compartments are just as clean and spotless as the rest of the coach. All I had to do to this coach was wash the bugs off when I got it home.

No detailing was necessary!!!

DOUBLE SLIDE MODEL: One large slide up front and one in the bedroom area really opens up this special Diplomat LE. Eash slide has a slide topper and they are in excellent condition as is the main power patio awning. All the windows have awnings as well.

CERAMIC TILE: Beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom area. Privacy toilet and a large shower with skylight makes this bathroom perfect. The shower glass door is not water stained, it has the seat in the stall and a skylight overhead that increases the already roomy corner enclosure.

The toilet room is large and it appears the commode may have been replaced at one time or else it’s just been so well maintained.

ONLY 34,000 MILES: I have to say again….

The owners took great care of this motorhome and it really shows. This coach could easily pass for a much newer coach. Not very often do you find a coach in top shape inside and outside. The paint is shiny, the baggage areas are clean, there is a full set of manuals present and the reserve price makes this an affordable diesel pusher. All it needs is you behind the wheel. Take a look at the pictures and give me a call with any questions you might have. The coach is being offered for sale locally so if you want to make an offer I will end the auction early if the offer is enough to meet the reserve. This is a used 1999 Monaco Diplomat 38A Turbo Deisel Pusher RV, Two flat screen TV, Two Blue Ray DVD Player, CD, MP3 Player, has 46,000 miles runs good, has 7500 watt deisel generator, 1 wall slide out, back up camera, new carpet in living room.

One of the rear leveling jack on passenger side some times are hard going up, but going down is no problem, I’m not a mechanic and every now and than after playing with the buttons it goes back up, other than that the other leveling jacks are working fine.

Every thing else on this coach works fine, there is a small chip on the windshield from a piece of rock flying off a semi, the crack is probably a dime size but can be fill in, some thing I been meaning to do but have no time.

This coach is ready for the next family, ready to go, just get in and drive.

We may not have the title in hand due to it having to clear the bank but we will have it as soon as the bank sends it to us,which is usually within 2 days after the sale.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Finalizing your Purchase:

vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or
older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the
cars odometer.

Payment/Fees

We
will add a $399 dealer prep charge to the final bid price.

If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of
the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a
reasonable storage fee.

You may pay the purchase
price with cash in person, with a cashiers or
certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These
forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and
we will accept Paypal
for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a

$500 deposit within 48 hours
of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the
vehicle
until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment
are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is
expected within five (5) days thereafter.

If
you are seeking financing, please be
sure to hold off on your bid until your
funding has been approved.
I
DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND.
You
are responsible for your own finance arrangements so
please take care of them before bidding.

We
recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail
or priority mail. We have experienced lost checks
several times. We recommend that if you are sending
payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or
FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours.

If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to
pay Florida’s 6% sales tax and registration fees.

If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are
driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be
required to pay your state’s sales tax up to 6%. If your

to pay the difference in your home state. If your state
has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge
you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we
will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will
have to pay your state’s tax at home).

Legal Disclaimer:

The
parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution:
Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by
mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The
parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must
personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is
a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the
corporation’s highest ranking officer will satisfy the
aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives
of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The
aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of
civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then
the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for
Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties
specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own
litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation
and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has
laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation
caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may
have to attorney fees under those laws.
