We bought this trailer new. clear title. super slide out.Sleeps 10 quad bunks up front, bedroom in the back. u-shaped dinette. coach pulls out,has a built in air mattress with pump. dinette makes a bed as well. Central heat and air that is ducted. entertainment center with flat screen and dvd player. has surround sound outside speakers. electric toung jack and stabalizers are electric as well. Electric awning has both electric and propave hot water heater as well has heated tanks for winter camping. Enclosed belly ,out side shower.Has 2 twenty gallon propane tanks that are enclosed,still have a full tank and the other one is about half full.Oxegenics shower head has been installed in the bath.Trailer has been winterized properly. Has built in water filter, I will provide a new filter for when it is un-winterized. This trailer has all available options. We only camped it in it a few times. never smoked or cooked in. Gel coated exterior and rubber coated roof. tires are in excellent shape. easy grease axles as well. Full size spare tire. You can look this trailer up online. tax, title and license fees vary according to your state of residence

Michigan customers are required to pay the sales tax, title and plate

Michigan you will have to pay your state sales tax at that time. You
are responsible for titling the vehicle and perfecting the lien, if
applicable, in any other state. There is a documentation fee of
$190.00. A
$10.00 temporary plate/registration in transit fee is required if sales
tax is collected. A temporary registration can not be issued
if
sales tax is not collected unless your state is not reciprocal with the
State of Michigan. Out of country customers must pay Michigan
sales tax unless the RV is delivered out of the state of Michigan.

Credit Application

Sales tax, title and license fees vary according to your state of residence and will be charged as specified by the
State of Utah. State of Utah customers are required to pay the sales tax, title and plate fee at the time of delivery.

If the RV us being pick up in the State
of Utah you will have to pay your state sales tax at that time. You are responsible for titling the vehicle and perfecting the lien, if applicable, in any other state. There is a documentation of $190.00.

A $15.00 temporary plate/registration in
transit fee is required if sales tax is collected. A
temporary registration can not be issued if sales tax is not
collected unless your state is not reciprocal with the State
of Utah.

Out of country customers must pay Utah sales tax unless the
RV is delivered out of the state of Utah.

When the auction concludes a deposit of $1000 (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid in the form of a Cashiers Check, Money Order, Personal Check (pre-approval), Financing or Cash (COD) is an accepted form of payment.

Finalizing your Purchase:

A & S RV Center will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

248-373-5811 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500.00 by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
