A very nice 1993 Thor Pinnacle 34′ Class A RV. Great RV with lots of storage and sleeping capacity, overall good condition. Tires in good condition. Interior and Exterior are in good condition. Chevy engine and transmission run very good, run and shift great.

We have a California REG 227 form, to transfer the title with duplicate title (original title was lost). If bidding out of state, please check with your local DMV about registering with this form.

Please note that we do not pick people up at the airports. It is the buyer’s responsibility to get to the storage lot in Sun Valley, California and pick up the RV. Storage is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, excluding holidays. No exceptions, please consider this when bidding.

WOW!! This is a beautiful Florida unit, a 1994 Residency 35′ RV by Thor RV’s … and in very nice condition for the year model.

This coach is like a mini-condo on wheels. The huge windows on this unit give a feeling of openness and a much larger space than what it is. Although this is a 1994 year model it is in very good condition.PICTURE YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS HAVING FUN WHILE DRIVING TO YOUR DESTINATION LOOKING OUT THE HUGE WINDOWS AND SEE BEUTIFUL SCENERY–WOW …TIME WILL FLY AND YOUR GUEST WILL HAVE A BLAST AND CHERISH THOSE SPECIAL MEMORIES WITH YOU…FUN. Unit is powered by a Ford 460 with only 73K on the motor. I took her on a two hour test run and she runs great and shifts smoothly.

Unit has a new sofa couch. Drivers seat and passenger seat are in great shape. Kitchen is nice and roomy with a sky light that lights up the whole kitchen area. Kitchen has double door fridge, microwave oven and three burner gas stove. Living room has a coffee table, new couch and island bar. Makes it easy to serve your guests. Bathroom has a shower and lots of closet space. Bedroom has two single beds and a home made TV stand.

Unit is equipped with Flat screen TV, Back-Up Camera, leveling jacks, electric step. Generator is an Onan 5500. Awning is in good condition with aluminum caseings. Outside compartment has lots of storage space. This unit is a 35 footer but with all the interior storage and huge windows it "feels" like a 40 footer. Has two overhead A/C’s and the roof has been sealed and no leaks were found.
